Design process is always about creating artistic designs with functionality as per client brief . Our dear client for this villa in Doha , Qatar dream was to have the architecture design in renaissance style. 

Our company created the layout as per the initial layout requirements that includes a grand entrance lobby , men majlis.  Women majlis , formal dining , family sitting room , family dining , kitchen and 6 bedroom suites designed each in a unique style.

Stone cladding was used for the façade exterior elevation of the house. Landscape different levels were created to outline the best features of the architecture design. 

The villa basement includes a temperature controlled indoor swimming pool finished in Italian mosaic tiles with heavenly inspired blue color.

External windows profile manufactured by a German aluminum high-end company with special heat insulation specifications and double glazing to reduce the air conditioning electricity consumption as a part of sustainable design approach.

Integrated home automation system is used to control lighting , air conditioning , curtains , audiovisual system and security system. Latest Alexa AI technology created automated patterns to control the house functions using the smart learning.

The villa Interior design concept is very elegant using pastel colors , finest materials and best furniture from Italy in contemporary style. Custom made rugs in fine silk with abstract design specially manufactured for this house as a masterpiece.
