Interior Design Scope

Amidst the upscale shopping mall and high-rise building in the metropolitan area of Muscat lies this luxurious single-family house in renaissance architecture style.

The villa design reveals a three-level house plan where a traditional Moroccan themed majlis is positioned at the basement. On the ground floor are more homely family living room spaces, dining room, guest suite and a grand entrance in neoclassical style overlooking the panoramic garden view. At the heart of the architecture layout is an elevator leading to the first floor where master suite, spacious bedroom, office and study room, small pantry and central balcony are hosted.

Natural stone and materials, neutral color motif ranging from white to gray hues, light gypsum details were few interior designing elements considered to obtain a pure timeless home design.

Classic Italian Furniture in Gold leaf used in several rooms in the house including the royal dining room and majlis. Floral textile classic upholstery fabric carefully selected in a perfect match with the interior design concept.
